RFQ Checklist Before Sending
- Part name and use: tell us the component function and assembly environment.
- Material: specify aluminum, stainless steel, brass, copper, carbon steel or alloy steel grade.
- Tolerances: mark critical dimensions clearly, especially fits, threads and sealing surfaces.
- Surface finish: note Ra value, anodizing, plating, polishing, passivation or coating needs.
- Quantity: include prototype quantity, first batch and expected repeat order volume.
- Inspection: mention CMM, hardness, surface roughness, material certificate or full inspection needs.
